What You’ll Do

• Provide direct, compassionate resident care during day and evening shifts.

• Support daily activities while maintaining comfort and dignity.

• Collaborate with the nursing team on personalized care plans.

What You Bring

• Current LPN license in New York State.

• Reliable, caring and team-focused.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
