Summary
Central Vermont Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their Endocrinology practice in Berlin, VT. The NP will work in collaboration with the practicing physicians to delivery high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include focused history taking, physical exams, diagnosing conditions, prescribing of medications, coordination of treatment plans and the appropriate use of ancillary services.
Education & Licensure
- Completion of a master's, post-master's, or doctorate from a nurse practitioner program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Current certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or an equivalent body is required.
- Active or pending VT APRN licensure in good standing
Experience
- At least 3 years clinical experience as an NP required.
- Prior NP or RN experience in Endocrinology strongly preferred.
