Responsibilities & Requirements

Provide medications, monitor resident health, assist with ADLs, maintain a safe and dignified environment, and collaborate on care plans. Must hold a current NY LPN license, be compassionate, reliable, and team oriented. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Per Diem Guidelines

Work a minimum of 2 shifts per pay period, including 2 weekends per month. Cover one minor and one major holiday per year. Maintain BLS certification and mandatory education. Missed weekend shifts must be made up within one month.
