JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs, calculates, reviews and reports laboratory diagnostic tests. Basic laboratory skills, maintenance, QC, and troubleshooting abilities. Understands the clinical significance of the testing performed. Responsibilities for teaching, training, correction of procedural/instrument issues increase through the range of MLS I to MLS III.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry. Experience in Cellular Therapy preferred. Medical Laboratory Scientist certification preferred or obtained within one year of hire.

SIGN ON BONUS:

External candidates are eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus. Current employees of the UVM Medical Center and partner hospitals in Network are not eligible for this bonus. Additional terms and conditions apply.

RELOCATION:

We are offering a relocation package of up to $9,200 for eligible candidates relocating more than 50 miles. Additional terms and conditions apply.
