Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

• Provide compassionate care and document activities accurately.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in New York State.

• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
