JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides basic physiologic and psychosocial care, together with safety measures and environmental care, for mentally ill patients in an in-patient setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Documents every 15 minutes on patient condition and communicates immediately to nursing or medical personnel any change in patient condition.
