The Finance Leader, Americas serves as a strategic financial partner for Armacell’s Advanced Insulation and Component Foam divisions across North and South America. Based in North Carolina, this role is a key member of the regional leadership team, responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and risk management. Reporting operationally to the VP Americas and functionally to the Group CFO, the Finance Leader oversees a high-performing team and plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and supporting M&A activities, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and overall business partnership.

Job Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and develop a highly qualified and professional finance team
Ensure together with the Americas Management Team the development and execution of the commercial and operational strategy of the region. Works as a team player
Analyze and report financial performance to the region and group management team, bring relevant insights and actionable recommendations to further improve performance
Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial plans in line with the region’s strategic and operating plans
Oversee the monthly financial closing process and ensure necessary controls are in place to ensure reliability
Lead finance team to drive working capital improvement efforts
Ensure continuous improvement of financial processes, by leveraging the Group wide “WAM programs” (World Class Armacell Mindset) and related investments in shared service center (Poland)
Support VP Americas with staff duties (contract management, leases, legal issues, etc.)
Maintain risk management processes for the region consistent with Group Risk Management guidelines
Sponsor efficient use of financial systems and reporting tools, driving for improvement in collaboration with Corporate Finance and Corporate IT teams where necessary
Contribute, support, or lead ad hoc Global Finance projects agreed across the Group and managed through the Global Finance Leadership Team
Support Armacell’s acquisition strategy by ensuring with the Group M&A team effective due diligence and efficient integration.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Master’s degree in accounting / Finance or related field required.
At least 10 years+ of accounting, tax, and treasury experience in manufacturing/B2B environment.
Excellent analytical, relational and communication skills (both written and verbal). Able to provide simple explanations and solutions for complex problems.
Experience with M&A (opportunity assessment, deal closing, and integration).
Hands-on continuous improvement mindset.
Team player able to excel in a cross-cultural, global team environment. Prior experience in a similar Senior Management role as well as international exposure is required. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese will be valued.
Proficient user of MS Office, experience with SAP FI/CO/SAC and Hyperion is a plus.

The expected compensation range for this role is $190,000.00 -$235,000.00.
The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
