Job Description: Responsible for mixing, milling, testing, and sheeting master batch material for production line. Must understand or be able to learn the mill processing procedures relevant to the department.  Must be able to learn oven operations.  

Job Requirements: Must be able to read & write in English, as well as perform basic math and computer functions.  Must be able to weight batches to the proper amount safely.  Will need to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must know or be able to learn rubber processing steps, including mixing, curing, extrusion, and foaming. Must uphold a culture in line with Armacell values and Code of Conduct, while understanding and following the Company rules and work procedures.
