P&S Regional Sales Manager – Nevada / Utah

In this role, you will lead and coach a front-line sales team while directly driving Parts & Services (P&S) revenue across Nevada and Utah. With a strategic and hands-on approach, you will execute national sales strategies, convert opportunities into orders, and ensure the team remains highly customer-facing, focused on generating new business, strengthening relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions to customer challenges. As the Regional Sales Manager – Nevada / Utah, you will lead a team of ~5 Parts & Services Sales Representatives (PSSRs), driving execution of the national sales strategy, portfolio growth, and operational excellence. You will also serve as the regional champion for the Machine Rebuilds and Components portfolios, ensuring their growth and performance, while supporting the Product Manager on Rock Drills execution.
You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 5–8 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in aftermarket mining or OEM environments. You have a proven track record of leading front-line sales teams, driving portfolio growth, converting opportunities into revenue, and executing national sales strategies.
You are comfortable engaging directly with customers, understanding their operational challenges, and translating needs into commercially viable solutions. With strong communication, coaching, analytical, and interpersonal skills, you demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability, and thrive in a hands-on, field-based role.
