• Take daily account of safety and environmental risks across the various workstations. Ensure compliance with rules and propose improvements related to these topics.

2. ANALYZE

• Perform all tests related to the different control plans:

  • Raw materials
  • Granulation
  • Extrusion
  • Confection/Finishing
  • …

3. VALIDATE

• Validate raw materials and granules.

4. CERTIFICATES

• Manage raw material certificates and create certificates for finished products.

5. INSTRUCTIONS

• Ensure compliance with instructions and update them when necessary.

6. EQUIPMENT

• Ensure the proper functioning of testing equipment to guarantee the accuracy of results.
