We are seeking an Leave Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing all aspects of leave administration. This role ensures accurate tracking, processing, and compliance for employee leave, including continuous and intermittent FMLA and ADA cases. The Leave Coordinator will serve as the primary internal contact for employees and managers, supporting leave intake requests and administering payroll entries.

Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience from $25.05 -$31.31 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus.

How you will make an impact:
- Act as the primary internal contact for employees and managers regarding leave of absence processes, guiding on initiation, documentation, and return-to-work procedures.
- Manage leave cases with third-party administrators (TPA) to ensure timely and accurate processing and issue resolution.
- Maintain internal tracking and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local leave laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act).
- Oversee payroll accuracy in Workday/UKG for employees on leave, including timely processing and record maintenance.
- Coordinate accommodations, modified duty, and return-to-work plans to support workforce continuity and compliance.
- Manage AskHR Leave Management queue, responding to calls and inquiries to provide clear guidance and support.
- Support reporting, audits, vendor performance monitoring, and related administrative tasks.
- Identify process improvements and deliver employee education to ensure understanding of leave programs and regulatory requirements.
What you will need:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, benefits, or leave administration
- Working knowledge of leave laws such as FMLA and ADA
- Experience working with external vendors or service providers preferred
