How You’ll Make an Impact
Write and refine CNC programs for advanced manufacturing tasks
Interpret technical drawings and translate them into executable code
Select tools, machines, and materials tailored to each project
Test and adjust programs to maximize performance and quality
Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and innovate
Maintain detailed documentation for machine specs and programming notes
Stay current with new software and equipment training
Uphold safety standards and contribute to a secure work environment
Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree in CNC programming or related field preferred
Certification in CNC programming or operations is a plus
Proficiency in CAM software and blueprint interpretation
Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or similar machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning
