How You’ll Make an Impact

• Write and refine CNC programs for advanced manufacturing tasks

• Interpret technical drawings and translate them into executable code

• Select tools, machines, and materials tailored to each project

• Test and adjust programs to maximize performance and quality

• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and innovate

• Maintain detailed documentation for machine specs and programming notes

• Stay current with new software and equipment training

• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a secure work environment

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate’s degree in CNC programming or related field preferred

• Certification in CNC programming or operations is a plus

• Proficiency in CAM software and blueprint interpretation

• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or similar machinery

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning
