How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop and manage global mobility programs
Coordinate international assignments, including visa, immigration, and relocation logistics
Design and administer expatriate compensation, housing, and benefits packages
Advise business leaders on mobility strategy and policy compliance
Partner with vendors to ensure smooth relocation experiences
Monitor global regulations and assess potential impacts on employee safety and operations
Coach junior team members and review mobility processes for improvement
Align mobility programs with talent development and business growth goals
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in global mobility or international HR
Strong knowledge of expatriate policies, immigration, and relocation practices
Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
