Title: Repair Technician I

Location: ALPHARETTA, GA

As a PINPAD Technician, I you will work in a cross-functional environment with Operations, Design/Quality/Test Engineering, and New Product Introduction to enable high-quality, cost-efficient repair and refurbishment of depot serviced equipment. The desired candidate will be primarily responsible for the repair and refurbishment of PINPADS. They will inspect PINPADS diagnose root cause of failure, and replace subcomponents as needed to return the items to a like-new condition.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair Plastic and Cables

• Participate and contribute to Lean/5S initiatives designed to improve operation.

• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Good written and verbal communication skills
