Research and recommend technology to improve the current enterprise information technology systems in support of organization's strategic vision. Lead on architectural governance and decisions related to product, technology, and system tradeoffs as part of a cross-functional architecture decision group. Provide direction for design activities.
Lead Network transformation with technical strategy and execution for IT and BU labs
Develop detailed architecture and migration plans to ensure a transition while minimizing downtime
Assess existing network equipment and optimize its integration into the new network design
Define network topology, protocols, and configurations that meet current and future business requirements
Develop strategies for the seamless integration of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) into global network infrastructure
Collaborate with Integration team and service providers to ensure secure and efficient connectivity between on-premises systems and cloud resources
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards during and after the network transformation process
Maintain comprehensive documentation of network designs, configurations, policies, and procedures.
Develop standards and best practices for network operations that support ongoing improvements and scalability.
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
$142,600K - $206,500 USD

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation, for a large-scale enterprise networks
In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless network.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, including hybrid cloud architectures and integration with traditional on-premises networks.
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, CIS controls, GDPR, etc.).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, AWS Certified Networking, or similar) are a plus
