Join Altera as a Product Marketing Specialist! The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

Program Strategy & Representation

Develop and manage strategies for Partner and University programs; advocate for Partners’ and Professors’ needs internally.

Market & Competitive Analysis

Conduct research on program features, benefits, and competitive positioning; identify end-user benefits.

Global Strategy & Performance

Formulate long-term plans, set goals, and evaluate program performance and adoption metrics.

Stakeholder Support

Respond to inquiries and process requests for donations, software, tools, and IPs; assist with onboarding and training for new team members.

Continuous Improvement

Drive enhancements across web platforms, tools, Salesforce, portals, and processes to improve efficiency and member experience.

Operational Excellence

Recommend scalable, compliant solutions for complex order, data, or system scenarios; maintain dashboards and reports for visibility and planning.

Communication & Advocacy

Deliver clear presentations and communications to promote FPGA adoption among Partners and Universities.

Salary Range 

 

The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.  

$78.8K - $108.3K USD

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in a customer-facing role or company communication experience.

  • High School diploma with 10+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, construction management, product/marketing coordination).

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Experience with ERP & CRM systems: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.

  • Skilled in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

  • Hands-on experience in using, debugging, troubleshooting, and administering Salesforce.

  • Strong people skills: teamwork, clear communication, ability to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.

  • Ability to understand customer requests and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and collaborative team player.

  • Flexible to work across different time zones.

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables across teams and timelines.

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
