JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of a diverse portfolio of properties, overseeing all aspects of property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. This position involves developing and implementing property management strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Key player in optimizing the financial and operational success of the real estate assets under their purview.JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience: 3-5 Years of regional manager experience in Multi-family Conventional required. 3+ years of experience in Luxury High Rise portfolio required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business, Real Estate. or related fields.
Proven experience in a leadership role with managing diverse properties.
Proficient in Yardi property management software or other similar property management software
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of current market trends and regulatory requirements.
Abilities to create and proficiently manage stakeholder relationships.
5+ years minimum of relevant experience
SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
·Real Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred.
Industry certifications (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) also preferred

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 (Los Angeles, CA)
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
