Job Description:

As a Senior Warehouse Operations Leader with BW Converting, you will oversee our warehouse operations while managing a team of employees and working alongside other department leaders to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management. This strategic leadership role focuses on maintaining and improving operational excellence while meeting key performance indicators. You will serve as a critical operational leader responsible for coordinating warehouse activities that support the company's manufacturing and distribution objectives.

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze forecasts and coordinate schedules to ensure timely delivery requirements while overseeing daily warehouse operations including cycle counting and intercompany shipments
• Implement and maintain policies for receipt, distribution, and inventory management while supporting supply chain strategy through appropriate inventory levels
• Oversee cycle count management, inventory reconciliation, and ensure compliance with all material handling, storage, and distribution regulations
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of parts to assembly teams while managing intercompany and direct shipments to meet production schedules
• Engage with manufacturing, purchasing, and assembly teams to proactively identify and eliminate trending issues that could impact customer satisfaction
• Analyze current processes for internal and external customer support and develop improvement plans to address operational needs
• Support continuous improvement culture through lean principles while providing development and coaching to team members
• Perform all personnel management functions including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions while creating and maintaining a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 3+ Years of experience in shipping, receiving and inventory
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• Exceptional organization skills
