ARC Technologies LLC, a Hexcel company, is the leading manufacturer of radio frequency (RF) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) absorbing materials for defense and wireless applications worldwide and part of Hexcel, a global leader in advanced composites technology.

We are recruiting for a Machine Operator who will be based at our Amesbury, MA location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Setup, breakdown, operate and troubleshoot machinery

• Measure and load material into the machine

• Collect samples & perform testing procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards

• Accurately record manufacturing data into the computer

• Packaging and monitoring the process

• Keep equipment and workspace clean following 5S methodology

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• Experience running industrial equipment and mechanically inclined

• Ability to perform basic math and measurements

• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
