Job Summary

As a Data Research Analyst, you will be responsible for researching vehicle service information pertaining to all aspects of automotive repair, process the documentation per standard operating parameters, and organize the documentation according to outlined expectations. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Collect and store data on vehicle repairs procedures.
• Review data deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities if possible and check the output of the authorization document.
• Conduct online research for both OEM and Aftermarket websites for data collection & distribution.
• Check the data for accuracy and sort it according to the source documents.
• Verify and update data before entering it in the database.
• Complete projects in an efficient and timely manner
• Stay up to date on new patterns and trends within the industry.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

• Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently.
• Working knowledge of OEM service information and Automotive systems.
• Familiarity with ADAS, body shop, and automotive industry terminology.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Moderate multi-tasking skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Self -motivated, positive attitude, with a client-driven vision

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Extended and/or weekend hours may be required
