The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and can juggle multiple priorities and timelines in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Overall Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting and effectively develop and foster relationships with all levels and functions across the organization to provide targeted, practical solutions to business challenges and in support of organizational strategies
Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure that Barry-Wehmiller is providing a best-in-class candidate experience
Driving the hiring process for all roles, identifying and helping to remove obstacles in the recruiting progress
Utilize recruiting metrics and leverage data to influence business decisions
Operates with an eye for continuous improvement
Advises the business on market trends, recruitment strategies, and sourcing approaches to attract and hire talent
Coaches, delegates, and reviews work of less experienced team members as needed
Experience:
A proven track record of matching great talent to career opportunities and culture
Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
Ability to connect with and effectively communicate with people at all levels
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
Experience with developing strong relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Leaders, business partners, vendors and candidates
Required Skills
Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders
Ability to partner well across work groups and provide excellent customer service
Ability to influence decisions in a highly matrixed environment
Proven ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and deadlines

Responsibilities:
Provide sourcing efforts and full-cycle recruiting as needed for multiple teams throughout the Barry-Wehmiller family
Partner with recruitment contacts and hiring leaders to accurately understand their hiring needs
Create job postings that accurately describe the spirit of each role and support our cultural journey
Creatively and effectively source, prescreen and identify highly qualified candidates for a broad range of positions and job levels
Communicate in an effective, timely manner with all applicants, recognizing the opportunity to touch lives regardless of a match with an open position
Using your recruitment expertise, provide recommendations and best practices to hiring leaders
Communicate regular weekly recruiting efforts with hiring leaders
Build positive relationships built on trust with all stakeholders
Provide recruiting administrative support to the business as needed with tasks like scheduling interviews, coordinating advertising campaigns, and preparing documentation
Partner with the business in a confidential, professional, and timely manner
Accurately maintain Workday (our recruitment software platform), ensuring that data is handled confidentially and with care
Qualify applicants ensuring that selection decisions are made fairly and objectively
Promote Barry-Wehmiller as an employer of choice by leading best-in-class interviews and coaching hiring leaders throughout the process
Develops trusted relationships with internal client, provides timely recruitment guidance and leads sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and reporting
Ensures the recruitment process is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner, minimizing the time to hire and creating a people-centric candidate experience, reflective of the BW culture
