The right leadership can be the key to a successful program. It takes a skilled program manager to guide their program through the complexities of its life cycle. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can ensure the program achieves its goals aligned to the Government's mission to improve critical warfighting processes and information exchange across all domains using a multi-echelon, end-to-end approach, ensuring coalition forces can fight together as one.

The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll develop the project scope documents, project timetables and other documents that would be provided to project managers and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership.

As a program management specialist on our team, you’ll work with project managers, task leads, or program support staff to coordinate and monitor, schedule, and requirements. Using your broad knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies, you’ll guide your program to develop and communicate solid strategy and business impact. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. As a leader in the Joint Combatant Command market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business through supporting your customer’s mission. You Have:

  • Experience monitoring cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects

  • Knowledge of planning

  • Ability to communicate and assist the program manager with the research and development of projects

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance 

  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Winter 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working with government contracts

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
