Key Role:
Serve as a senior leader developing strategies, leading technical solution delivery, and driving customer engagement plans for Federal Civilian missions. Research, analyze, and understand mission requirements and emerging technologies. Develop execution plans to facilitate mission objectives and create new business opportunities. Grow, lead, and oversee technical and operations teams in support of mission requirements. Partner with other leaders across the business to identify opportunities and risks required to develop and deliver solutions that support business strategies to drive modernization within our client’s ecosystem. Assume responsibility for current contract delivery and leadership for targeted capture opportunities. Work closely with federal government clients to shape and scope support for their emerging needs around technology modernization to accomplish specific mission challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience as a program director or business leader
Experience with solving pressing problems in the federal space around broad subject areas, including legacy systems, modernization, operations, systems maintenance, and infrastructure
Experience with the capture life cycle from a client or government perspective, shaping new strategies and moving them forward through to implementation
Experience with leading teams, engaging successfully with increasingly senior clients, and engaging with internal senior leaders
Ability to provide existing relationships with federal client decision markets, including in IT and non-IT, and with large and small businesses doing business in the federal civilian market
Ability to identify and analyze emerging regulatory and policy issues affecting the client and to forecast challenges and obstacles resulting from legislative and regulatory proposals
Ability to design and implement growth and mission support strategies and processes that focus on existing and emerging federal law mission challenges
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with driving technology programs, or 15+ years of experience with driving technology programs in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience leading and supervising multi-disciplinary staff and operational and technical teams
Experience in program management processes, including program planning, risk management, opportunity management, and financial management
Experience with business and federal contract development lifecycles
Experience with international programs
Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $185,700.00 to $345,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
