Purpose Statement:  Provide management oversight of global supply chain systems.  Lead the ongoing deployment, continuous improvement and maintenance of these systems.  This role includes the development of systems, processes and capabilities to design optimal supply chain solutions to support Plexus, our customers and suppliers requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Roadmap: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Supply Chain Systems roadmap.
  • Execution Leadership: Manage and contribute to the daily operation, maintenance, and availability of Supply Chain Systems including but not limit to JDEdwards, Rapid Response, PowerBI, and Microsoft SqL servers.
  • IT Collaboration: Partner with IT to execute and prioritize supply chain-related projects.
  • People Leadership: Provide direction, oversight and mentoring to the Supply Chain Systems Specialist(s).

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Other Qualifications:  

  • Understanding of relational and multi-dimensional databases and structures and familiarity with SQL syntax and querying.
  • Fluent in Google Workspace or MS Office products including, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Independent thinking and sound judgment.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented.
  • General office equipment and materials.

Physical Requirements:  

  • Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Travel Requirements:  

  • Less than 40%
