We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Integration Architect to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and govern integration solutions across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Integration Cloud platforms. You will play a key role in prioritizing and guiding integration development to support both our enterprise-wide digital transformation and our ERP transformation program — ensuring seamless interoperability between systems, data, and business processes.
You will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.
Develop and maintain the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap, focusing on Microsoft Azure Integration Services and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Support our ERP transformation program by designing and implementing integrations between core ERP systems and the wider application landscape.
Prioritize, guide, and oversee integration development in alignment with ERP program milestones and business needs.
Design scalable, robust, and secure integration solutions leveraging:
• Azure Integration Services: Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Functions.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Process Automation, Integration, Visual Builder, and prebuilt adapters.
Define and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for integration architecture and development.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and adoption of integration tools, platforms, and frameworks.
Collaborate closely with the ERP program team, solution owners, and solution architects to ensure integration solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into actionable designs and development priorities.
Govern API design, management, and lifecycle using Azure API Management and Oracle API Gateway.
Implement and manage hybrid integration patterns supporting both cloud and on-premises systems.
Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions.
Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to integration developers and project teams.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud and integration.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration and architecture.
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience designing and implementing APIs (RESTful and SOAP) and event-driven architectures.
Experience supporting ERP transformation programs and integrating modern ERP systems with enterprise applications.
Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud integration scenarios.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is an advantage.
Skills
Strong ability to prioritize and guide integration development across multiple teams and projects.
Deep understanding of integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, pub-sub, event-driven, batch).
Expertise in data formats and protocols (JSON, XML, HTTP/S, JMS, Kafka).
Proficient in API-first and cloud-native integration approaches.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence technical direction and lead integration initiatives in a complex environment.
