This teammate will support the development of the business strategy, aggregating and synthesizing analysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drive strategic planning, organizing management processes, business communications internally and externally, and supporting employee engagement. This teammate will operate on a national level, working with central business functions and operating teams across the country.
Location: Denver preferred, if not in Denver, travel up to 40%.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Chief People Officer in crafting and executing on strategic initiatives
Organize People efforts and drive collaboration across lanes
Support internal/external communication by crafting and delivering key messages
Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions
Lead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitor metrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations for senior leadership
Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results
Lead the development and improvement of a top performing team
Work across operational and innovation teams to advance best-in-class capabilities in the market
Regularly apprise the CPO of project status and variations from schedule or scope
Strategy & Project Execution:
Manages and drives strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with other teams
Able to structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and drive execution
Develops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, resource requirements, and assumptions
Creates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions to further clinical and business outcomes
Communicates project status updates and needs to senior leadership; prepares, reports, an manages against targets/goals including scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue
Scope, plan and execute multiple, often quick-turnaround projects with minimal assistance
Nose for value
Design, implement and administer operating strategies – with an ability to allocate resources and time in a manner commensurate with expected value
Analytical abilities to assess and quantify business impact of various efforts honestly
Present ideas for special projects that might facilitate the CPO’s/leadership’s objectives

Build relationships within the People Services organization and across diverse departments

Education & Experience Requirements:
Prior experience in Strategy, Consulting with Project Management or a similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives within healthcare or financial operations leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferred
At least 7 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role
A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, value-based care models, and/or integrated care models preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $114,000.00 - $181,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hourWashington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
