Active CCHT Certification required for this specialized team
Focus will be within our Hemodialysis Outpatient Facilities (ICHD)
Clinics operate Monday – Saturday (3:00 am – 12:00 am)
Rotating schedule of 3 to 4 days a week on 10 to 12 hour shifts
Scheduled out 4 to 6 weeks with NO On-Call or Sunday's
Specialized Team is based out of our Estabrook Facility and provides support for clinics within the followings areas:
Metropolitan/Suburban: Brookfield, Cedarburg, Oak Creek, Brown Deer, Germantown, Glendale, Greenfield, Menomonee Falls, Mequon, Wauwatosa
Milwaukee Proper: Avenue West, East Side, Estabrook Park, Historic Third Ward, Lower East Side, Midtown Center, Westown, Northwest Side
South Region: Harborview, Racine

Obtained a minimum of a High School Diploma / GED
