Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance coordination, including leading and directing maintenance technicians. The position aims to foster a well-trained and motivated staff. The individual will assist the Maintenance Manager in directing and coordinating maintenance policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment, quickly assessing problems to minimize production downtime, and ensuring all maintenance employees understand and follow company policies and procedures, including SQF Quality Management and GMP practices.
