Your Work Matters

As a Senior Loyalty Program Manager, you own the strategy, execution, and performance of our Pro Loyalty Program. Your work directly drives repeat purchases, increases customer retention, and grows Pro sales by making the program valuable and easy to use for contractors and trade professionals. You’ll ensure the program runs accurately across systems and stores while continuously improving how it performs and scales.

Your Day Consists Of

  • Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Pro Loyalty Program, from structure and benefits to campaigns and in-store experience
  • Leading cross-functional execution across CRM, digital, stores, and field teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Monitoring program performance (enrollment, engagement, retention, incremental sales) and translating data into clear, actionable improvements
  • Managing program operations such as rules, rewards, tiering, and technical functionality while ensuring accuracy and scalability across systems
  • Partnering with marketing and lifecycle teams to develop targeted communications that resonate with contractors, trades, and small business owners
  • Equipping store and field teams with the tools, training, and messaging needed to confidently promote and drive adoption of the program

You’ll Be Successful With

  • 7+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, marketing, or program management, with a track record of owning complex, multi-channel initiatives
  • Strong analytical instincts
  • Experience working across technical systems (CRM, POS, e-commerce) and partnering with teams like IT, data, and finance
  • The ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • A builder’s mindset: you’re energized by optimizing, evolving, and scaling programs that drive real business impact

Work Environment / Physical Expectations

• Primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting, though occasional walking, standing, or light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs) may be needed.

• Work is typically performed in a quiet to moderate office setting, with occasional exposure to active warehouse environments and moving equipment.
