JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Sr.Director People Services and be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to identify, attract, and hire the right talent. This role will be able to effectively work in a fast-paced and growing environment, develop and execute hiring strategies in line with company growth and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.

Essential Job Functions  

  • Work with clinical and corporate management to understand the positions being filled, the essential functions to perform the role, and effectively post for the position.  

  • Manage our vendors account, such as Indeed.com and LinkedIn, and ScreeningOne

  • Manage any official Graduating Residents programs

  • Conduct Interview training for the Clinic Administrators or any manager who would like to be trained

  • Offer support in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions. 

  • Contribute to the overall InnovaCare talent management strategy and structure.  

  • Provide HR regular reports on monthly, quarterly, or yearly hiring data from Workday

  • Create pay bands and benchmark our salaries against our competitors. 

  • Research for job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate. 

  • Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials. 

  • Manage interview on telephones or personal meeting to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key management. 

  • Assist the hiring managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate. 

  • Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with HR Director or management. 

  • Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking. 

  • Carry out pre-employment tests like medical tests. 

  • Report to the hiring manager on the status of the interview and selection process. 

  • Work according to the rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies acknowledged by federal, state, and local laws, and InnovaCare policies. 

  • Recommend and process improve talent strategy approaches. 

  • Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc. 

  • Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post. 

  • Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organization's effectiveness. 

  • Be aware of the healthcare job market trends. 

  • Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take corrective steps if goals are not met. 

Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least four (4) years in Talent Acquisition within a healthcare setting.

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting process

  • Recruiting Physicians, APPs, clinic support staff, IT, and corporate roles.

  • Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management. 

  • Knowledge of the medical facility you are working in or the respective healthcare client. 

  • Excellent organizational skills. 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets. 

  • Ability to understand and analyze people. 

  • Well organized and detail oriented. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
