Job Description:

Responsible for general maintenance which includes routine, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and extra assigned tasks such as fire and disaster response as directed. This includes working with and coordinating service of ventilation equipment, air conditioners, chillers, refrigeration equipment, air compressors, controls, (electronic, electrical and pneumatic), electric motors, sterilizers, pumps, environmental control systems, and fire detection devices.
Work Experience:
Experience with repair and maintenance.

No educational requirement.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.

Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health 's insurer.

Proof of current motor vehicle insurance, including minimum State limits and without business exclusion.
