About the role

Are you passionate about continuous improvement and Lean practices? Do you want to play a key role in transforming operations and driving meaningful change in an international environment?

We are looking for a Senior Lean Engineer to implement and roll out our Lean philosophy (Munters Production System), streamline processes, and make work smarter, leaner, and more impactful.

Your Mission

  • Roll out Munters Production System (MPS) and Lean methodologies across the company.

  • Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve work standards in line with ISO and Lean principles.

  • Lead teams in adopting 5S, continuous improvement practices, and other Lean tools.

  • Coach and train employees to grow their Lean & MPS capabilities.

  • Collaborate with production and support teams to drive sustainable improvements.

  • Maintain the Lean office and coordinate daily activities to support ongoing initiatives.

  • Provide data and analysis to support strategic decisions and measure impact.

  • Report progress and share insights with senior leadership.

  • Manage and develop the system for collecting improvement suggestions.

  • Handle day-to-day Lean operations with a hands-on attitude.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing Lean in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience designing sustainable, data-driven solutions.

  • Practical knowledge of Lean principles and ability to translate them into actionable improvements.

  • Experience in process optimization, 5S, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Fluent in English and Czech, both written and spoken.

  • Energetic, structured, and precise, with the ability to guide teams through change.

  • Passionate about improving safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
