• Builds timelines with the Manager for projects and adheres to schedule working collaboratively with creative services, external vendors, and design team. 

• Maintains close contact with internal creative team on all assigned projects communicating and logging creative changes as needed via Workfront (Project Management software).  

• Works directly with printers, creating and submitting requests for pricing quotes that detail production specs. Evaluates proposals and processes estimates and in invoices as needed. Works with the Manager and the Accounting department with menu specific billing that bills directly to Franchisees.  

• Works with the Producer to coordinate Menu photo shoots to aide in the development of shot lists. Pre-Pro books, and other materials needed (inclusive of food products etc.). 

• Coordinates proofing meetings with cross-functional team to ensure internal company alignment. Works collaboratively with the CREATE team to proof all projects ensuring that content, calories and pricing are accurate.  

• Coordinates information needed for internal training & communication to restaurants. 

• Develops shipping instructions and details production quantities based on individual store needs, communicating with the printer on all delivery details. 

• Works to create and proof versions of all menus to accommodate language and regional needs across the Denny's footprint  

• Manages menu inventory with printers and Denny’s Distribution for reprints as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising or related field preferred. 

Experience

5 or more years of Marketing experience.
