Este profissional irá realizar atendimento remoto as demandas de suporte técnico TI e implementações de projetos de TI.

O que você irá fazer?

  • Realizar triagem, solucionar chamados (incidentes, requisições e dúvidas) ou escalonar para equipe especializada quando necessário;
  • Realizar o atendimento remoto de primeiro nível dos chamados (incidentes, requisições e dúvidas), dos colaboradores da empresa;
  • Analisar de problemas;
  • Analisar e propor melhorias de processo;
  • Atualizar regularmente os controles da área;
  • Implementar em equipe as definições técnicas.

O que precisamos?

  • Graduação completa na área de tecnologia da informação;
  • Sólida experiência em suporte técnico em TI, em ambiente Windows (Workstation), Office/Microsoft 365 e IOS/MacOS (Mobile e MacBook);
  • Possuir Inglês Avançado e espanhol intermediário;
  • Certificações:

ITIL V4 Foundation;

Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102);

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900);

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).

Ter conhecimento em:

  • MS OFFICE 365 – Ambiente Administrativo;
  • Active Directory (AD) e Azure (ID-ENTRA);
  • MacOS operating systems;
  • Windows Server 2019 ou Superior;
  • MS Power Plataform (low-code).

Será um diferencial:

  • Conhecer ferramentas: Cryptografia, antivirus, formatação de computadores e Active Directory (AD);
  • Domínio de Scripts em PowerShell.
