SUMMARY

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-time Runner.  The Runner will assist cashiers with filling orders for customers, cooking and preparing food in the concession stand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the cashiers with filling orders for customers.
• Assist the stand manager in preparing product for sale in the concession stand (pretzels, hotdogs, etc.).
• Stocking beverages, candy, chips etc..
• Cleaning and maintaining counters and equipment.
• Assist with controlling waste.
• Assist with keeping an accurate inventory count.
• Must obtain ServSafe training within 90 days of employment.
• Follow all policies and procedures of Legends Global.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES                          

• Must be willing to work as a team.
• Have working knowledge of the food industry.
• Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work closely with others.
• Great customer service skills.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE    

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods at a time.
• Required to stoop and stand for long periods at a time.
• Ability to perform tasks repetitively.

WORKING ENVIORMENT/CONDITIONS

• Loud, concert-like settings.
• Occasionally outdoor events.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Hours must be flexible (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Can work long hours when required.
