Our checkout system provides fans with a delightful, frictionless purchase experience. From quickly securing the seats you want to having the NFC-enabled mobile passes in your wallet, every click, every interaction could affect the conversion rate. Your goal is to improve the purchase experience in order to increase the conversion rate. This is just one example of what you could be
working on.

Youʼll be partnering with Product to create solutions so our fans enjoy a seamless, delightful experience for both consumers of enterprise and e-commerce applications from designing and solving for setting up events intuitively and providing seamless experience for buying a ticket to attending an event. We move fast and ship code to production daily. So, we rely on you to make decisions that can have a massive impact on the outcome. Youʼll get to own the end-to-end development and operation of the systems under your teamʼs domain.

What youʼll do

• Ship code to production in your first week
• Leverage our paved road to ship faster and apply it to your day-to-day work
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, customer success, and fellow engineers to come up with solutions that meet the desired outcomes
• Contribute ideas, research solutions and write Request For Comments RFCs to gather feedback
• Decide how to implement a solution based on tradeoffs
• Master your domain and resolve incident responses independently
• Develop insight based on analytics and suggest improvements
• Mentor and help team members outgrow their current role

Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $125,000.00 to $145,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
