As the Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for the daily, weekly and outage planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. You will be an integral part of a best-in-class maintenance program working with site leadership on priorities and coordinating contractors planning processes through accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
* Assure all work orders are planned for Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality
* Assure all work orders have necessary technical components to execute high quality work from POET and contractor staff alike
* Coordinate with other POET Bioprocessing resources and contractors as needed to develop accurate work order plans and minimize issues due to planning problems
* Assure all WO’s are in the proper status by identified timeframes to complete work consistent with priority status
* Perform Outage planning and scheduling year around
* Contractor Coordinator
* Own completion of weekly schedule one week in advance lead weekly meeting to complete/communicate the 1-week work schedule.
* Schedule Maintenance Technicians available hours weekly to >90%
* Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all activities are scheduled consistent with production targets while also maintaining Safety and Environmental standards

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Experience in maintenance and enterprise asset management [EAM] systems; IBM Maximo, E-Business Suite, UpKeep, SAP ERP Suite, IFS Cloud, Flix, Ramco Enterprise, Maintenance Connection, or similar.
* Uptime Elements Maintenance Reliability Certification or equivalent certification is also a plus.
* You have the ability to achieve and maintain forklift certification.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to embrace change.
* You communicate effectively in writing and in person.
* You have the ability to understand technical and day to day operation of a bioprocessing facility.
* You know the basics of Microsoft Office Suite. You’re capable of learning new programs.
