As a member of the Entry team, you’ll build and enhance the access management systems thatpower a seamless entry experience for millions of fans. Our mission is to ensure every guest can move effortlessly from gate to seat through reliable, intuitive tools that manage checkpoints,devices, and authentication in real time. You’ll play a key role in developing scalable, resilient,and data-driven systems that enable smooth and secure access for every event.

You’ll be partnering with Product to create solutions so our fans enjoy a seamless, delightful experience from buying/renewing a ticket to attending an event. We move fast and ship code to production daily. So, we rely on you to make decisions that can have a massive impact on the outcome. You’ll get to own the end-to-end development and operation of our order management system.

What you’ll do

  • Leverage our paved road to ship faster and apply it to your day-to-day work

  • Collaborate with product, UI/UX, customer success, and fellow engineers to come up withsolutions that meet the desired outcomes

  • Contribute ideas, research solutions and write Request For Comments (RFCs) to gatherfeedback

  • Decide how to implement a solution based on tradeoffs

  • Master your Order domain and resolve incident responses independently

  • Develop insight based on analytics and suggest improvements

  • Mentor and help team members outgrow their current role

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or any relevant field

Pay Transparency

The approximate national base pay range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location.The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
