Responsibilities
Perform ongoing data analysis across multiple Learfield Amplify properties, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of CRM and ticketing databases.
Collaborate with Amplify Directors of Sales & Service to develop data-driven strategies that enhance ticket sales, service efficiency, and fan engagement.
Manage and standardize internal sales tracking, reporting, and invoicing within AnalyTIX, ensuring consistency and visibility across assigned properties.
Monitor multi-property sales and revenue trends to identify emerging opportunities, forecast performance, and inform leadership decisions.
Leverage fan and customer data from Fanbase and other BI tools to identify new ticketing, premium, and sponsorship prospects.
Support the administration of Salesforce, including maintaining data hygiene and building reports and dashboards to support sales and service decision-making.
Support partner schools with survey analysis, retention modeling, pricing research, and segmentation to improve campaign targeting and customer retention.
Partner with Ticket Operations, Marketing, and Development to align cross-functional data initiatives and improve collaboration through consistent reporting and insights.
Evaluate and enhance existing data processes and tools to improve scalability, automation, and impact across multiple universities.
Qualifications
1+ years of data & analytics-focused work
Experience working with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, etc.
Knowledgeable in CRM administrative practices (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), Microsoft Office
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as SQL, R, Python, etc. is a plus, but not required
Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics or Paciolan is a plus, but not required
Can translate your knowledge & experience to business use-cases and prioritized work
Sports/media/entertainment or sponsorship experience is a plus, but not required
Must possess a high level of integrity and honesty; ability to influence others through leading by example
Manage time effectively and orchestrate multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related technical field e.g. Sports Business Management, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, etc. preferred
