How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Business Solutions Analyst serves as a strategic lynchpin for the Industrial OT department, bridging the gap between technical telemetry operations and enterprise-level digital initiatives. This role is primarily responsible for the project management and field adoption of digital tools, specifically the Innovaptive Field Service Tablet (FST) deployment, support of customer-facing platforms such as the MyInstallation Portal, and coordination of OT Cybersecurity (OPC) compliance functions across North American operations. We are looking for a process-oriented, data-driven professional who can manage complex project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional audits, and ensure the integrity of industrial asset data within enterprise systems like SAP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Adoption & Field Enablement

  • FST Leadership: Lead field adoption, user training, and ongoing support for mWorkorder and mInventory applications to improve field efficiency.

  • Vendor & IT Partnership: Partner with IT and vendors to resolve issues and enhance functionality.

  • Training & SOPs: Facilitate technical and administrative training for internal OT/IT and customer-facing systems while reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

 Cybersecurity, Compliance & Asset Integrity

  • OT Cybersecurity (OPC) Coordination: Project manage the OT Cybersecurity compliance mandate, manage audit calendars, track documentation, and coordinate with local compliance leads.

  • Standards Enforcement: Support the rollout and enforcement of cybersecurity standards across installations.

  • SAP Asset Management: Ensure all industrial assets are accurately reflected in enterprise systems for predictive maintenance and support business process changes for migration projects.

Data Analytics & Strategic Project Management

  • Advanced Reporting: Support the development of critical Power BI operational dashboards, team KPIs, and transform raw telemetry data into actionable insights.

  • IIoT Integration: Enable access to and utilization of Industrial IoT (IIoT) or time-series data for analytics and reporting purposes.

  • Cross-Functional Initiatives: Support and coordinate key OT initiatives, including system harmonization and digital platform integrations, while driving process improvements and automation.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma and/or IT relevant technical background required

  • 3-5  years of experience working with operational data, telemetry systems, or time-series data preferred.
