About the Team
You will join the Professional Services team, a group of dedicated consultants and technical experts who work closely with clients to implement solutions successfully. This team values collaboration, customer focus, and delivering measurable impact for our clients.
About the Role
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will offer expert guidance and personalized solutions to clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to meet their unique needs and provide support throughout their journey. In addition, you will provide pre-sales technical expertise to both the sales team and the customer during the sales process.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the pre-sales process by providing professional services insights and technical guidance.
- Delivering product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Scoping out the cost to implement the solution for defined accounts while working with 4–5 sales reps at one time.
- Conducting needs assessments and developing customized solutions for clients.
- Providing training and support to clients on the use of software and technology solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
- Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research.
- Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades, etc.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Possess a relevant educational background in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts.
- Be able to collaborate with team while being self-directed to solve problems.
- Have experience in consulting or professional services.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications


Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Illinois $118,700 - $197,900. Total Target Cash: $136,600 - $227,600.

 If performed in Chicago, IL, the pay range is $77,800 - $129,600, the TTC is $119,800 - $199,400. If performed in New York, the pay range is $77,800 - $129,600, the TTC is $119,800 - $199,400. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $81,400 - $135,500, the TTC is $125,200 - $208,400. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $67,200 - $111,900, the TTC is $103,400 - $172,100. 

U.S. National Pay Range: $70,800 - $117,800, the TTC is $108,800 - $181,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
