Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (DS) is seeking a Program Manager 3 to lead the execution of critical aspects of the AARGM-ER Missile portfolio within the Advanced Weapons Business Unit. Our Advanced Weapons team designs, develops, and manufactures missile systems that support U.S. national security and allied defense missions.
Role Overview
The Program Manager will lead key production and strategic follow-on efforts within the AARGM-ER portfolio, reporting directly to the Director of AARGM-ER Production Programs. This position will lead cross-functional teams to ensure cost, schedule, scaling for capacity, and strategic growth objectives are met. Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships and driving new business opportunities will be central to this role.

Primary Level Salary Range: $187,000.00 - $280,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
