Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Tax Strategy, the Senior Manager of Global Tax Strategy will play a key role in shaping Veralto’s global tax initiatives. This includes driving strategic tax efforts, supporting M&A integrations, and assisting with transfer pricing compliance and strategy. You will partner closely with treasury on cash management initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to operating companies on tax implications of business decisions, and provide international tax advisory support. The role also involves managing legal entity structures, overseeing external advisors and budgets, implementing process improvements through technology, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and reporting requirements.
This position is part of the Global Tax team based in Waltham, MA. The role offers flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement from our Waltham office, but we are also open to candidates across the U.S. who are interested in a fully remote opportunity.

Demonstrated strength in organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex processes and concepts in clear, straightforward language tailored to the audience.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate tax analysis in support of strategic initiatives.
Commitment to operating with the highest levels of ethics and integrity, maintaining transparency and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to manage and safeguard highly confidential information with discretion.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
