In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the verification and validation of our water and wastewater treatment equipment. You will work alongside a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring the quality of new products and the sustainment improvements of our existing market-leading products. Our global business offers significant growth opportunities, allowing the right candidate to develop into a technical leader. You will leverage your specialized expertise, mentor junior designers and cross-functional team members, and support the larger sales, production, and service organizations. Veralto’s extensive set of established tools for improving processes and fostering continuous improvement (VES) will enable you to thrive and drive meaningful improvements in the way we work.

POSTING

In this role, you will:

• Carry out assignments of substantial variety and/or complexity requiring a sound understanding of related engineering principles, and practices
• Conduct verification and validation activities to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Design, adapt, or direct the building of test setups and equipment for new situations, based on analysis of test specifications and engineering department requests and instructions.
• Participate in testing and field verification.
• As a member of a collaborative team, create and deliver on project plans

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

• Post-secondary education in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of experience in an industrial setting
• Proficient in using CAD software such as Solidworks 3D or Inventor.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in designing and developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Proficiency in using verification and validation tools (e.g., CAD software, simulation tools, automated testing frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with verification methodologies and testing tools.
