Priority Toyota in Chesapeake, Virginia is looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to help lead our high-performing sales team. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive leader who knows how to build momentum on the showroom floor, coach sales professionals, and drive consistent results while creating an outstanding customer experience.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals
Manage daily showroom operations including desk deals, TOs, and inventory strategy
Coach and train sales staff on product knowledge, process, and closing techniques
Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring an exceptional buying experience
Monitor sales metrics and performance to drive profitability and improvement
Partner with F&I and service teams to create a seamless dealership experience
Proven automotive sales management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
A track record of achieving sales targets and driving dealership performance
Excellent communication, coaching, and closing abilities
High energy, accountability, and professionalism
Toyota experience is a plus but not required
