Where Customer Care Meets Mazda Craftsmanship
As our Express Lube Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of our service drive. You’ll greet customers, listen carefully to their needs, and clearly communicate recommended services. You’ll also be the essential link between our technicians and customers—ensuring transparency, accuracy, and a confident, positive experience from start to finish.
This role reports directly to the Service Manager and plays a key part in our customer loyalty journey.
Your Day-to-Day Impact: What You’ll Own:
Connection & Communication
- Professionally answer incoming customer calls
- Greet service guests warmly and guide them through the Initial Customer Contact process
- Identify and confirm customer concerns, providing clear explanations of service needs, pricing, and timelines
Service Coordination & Accuracy
- Perform vehicle walk‑arounds to assess needs
- Prepare accurate repair orders using ADP
- Offer and review multi‑point inspections with customers
- Provide upfront, accurate estimates and obtain proper approvals
- Dispatch repair orders efficiently per departmental guidelines
Follow‑Through That Builds Trust
- Maintain contact with customers during service
- Clearly communicate technician findings and recommendations
- Deliver vehicles promptly and professionally
- Process payments and ensure a polished Customer Delivery experience
