🚀 What You’ll Do

Lead with Purpose:

• Oversee all HR functions including safety, legal compliance, recruitment, training, compensation, retention, benefits, and labor relations.

• Be the go-to resource for building a workplace where people feel valued, heard, and empowered.

Champion Safety & Wellbeing:

• Cultivate a proactive safety culture through training, monitoring, and reporting.

• Serve as the plant’s Safety Representative and manage workers’ compensation with a focus on cost mitigation and care.

Be a Strategic Partner:

• Join the Local Leadership Team and collaborate across departments to align HR initiatives with business strategy.

• Foster strong relationships with union representatives and management to ensure smooth contract implementation.

Attract & Grow Talent:

• Design smart, cost-effective recruitment strategies to bring in top talent.

• Partner with staffing agencies and VMS to meet evolving workforce needs.

• Elevate front-line leaders through training and development programs that support a high-performance work system.

Drive Total Rewards Excellence:

• Ensure fair and competitive compensation systems for hourly and salaried employees.

• Administer benefits, guide employees through enrollment, and promote wellness initiatives that support a thriving workforce.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:

• Ensure full compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, as well as Menasha’s ethics and policies.

• Be ready to take on additional responsibilities that make a meaningful impact.
