Priority Honda Roanoke is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Cashier/Receptionist to support our busy service department. This role is critical to delivering a seamless customer experience—from check-in to checkout.

Greet service customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
Handle all service cashiering functions, including processing payments and closing repair orders
Answer incoming service calls and direct them appropriately
Assist service advisors and managers with administrative tasks
Ensure accuracy in transactions and daily reconciliation
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area
Strong customer service and communication skills
Previous cashiering or receptionist experience (automotive preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy with transactions
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
