Responding to phone inquiries from existing customers (troubleshooting support and quotation requests)
Checking parts based on electrical and mechanical drawings
Creating quotations using Excel
Coordinating construction schedules and arranging work and parts
Proposing energy‑saving solutions and rental equipment
Handling parts‑related order arrangements for the above products
Conducting on‑site inspections at customer locations
Preparing quotations for customers
Regular customer visits (including business trips when necessary)
Visiting customers to gather needs and reporting findings internally
