Department Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Position Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Week 2: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with BMW or other luxury brands
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who works well with technicians, advisors, and management
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• CDK experience is a plus

The California pay range for this position is $ $64,500.00-$161,800.00 . This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
